By accessing and using the ACP Robot Club Information System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides club management tools including member management, mentor tracking, team collaboration, grade and attendance recording, announcements, a photo gallery, and a public landing page.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must have an account created by an administrator. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Content you upload (posts, messages, images) remains yours, but by uploading it you grant the club a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service. The Service's code, design, and structure are the property of ACP Robot Club.

6. User-Generated Content

The collaboration space allows members to create posts and messages. ACP Robot Club reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACP Robot Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Administrators may suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
